We currently ship both within India and to all international destinations.
Shipping Methods
Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. Postal Service or courier within India and reputable international Courier service for international destinations. All orders are posted or sent by us from Chennai. Please allow 3 days for orders to be packed securely and sent from our offices. Delivery times will vary within India based on local postal service policies. International deliveries will be based on the location and courier.
NOTE: It is critically important that your phone number and delivery address are correct and up to date. You cannot change this information once you’ve placed your order.
Tracking information & appointments
When your item ships from our office, we’ll provide a tracking number when possible for International shipping. This tracking number will provide an estimated delivery date. If your order is being shipped to a residence, this date represents arrival to a local terminal.
All Sales are final
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted. Once an order is placed and sent, we cannot cancel or refund an order.
Orders Damaged in Shipping
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then email to inform us at support@kalkibiography.com. Please include your order number and name and date of order in your email.
